		<description><![CDATA[Ed - Yes, that does seem to be a blind spot, or perhaps they see grey hair and think Lenox, not North Adams or Pittsfield. But Barrington Stage does have low cost previews, Shakespeare &amp; Co offers Berkshire residents 40% off, and other companies have their own way of doing discounts. But I do think it would be so easy to simply offer a simple students/seniors discount. Both are hard pressed for cash. Ask most anyone who lives year-round in the Berkshires.]]></description>

But I seem to remember a time when seniors -- often on fixed incomes -- also got discounts. Not anymore -- at least according to Barrington Stage&#039;s website. Oh well, at least that leaves more room for the younger set.]]></description>
