Early Bird Cabaret “Songs of Love” at The Whit

On Tuesday, February 13th at 6pm, the Whitney Center for the Arts presents an Early Bird Cabaret, a new monthly music series for those who enjoy an earlier showtime. Steve Hassmer, who has performed in a National Tour of My Fair Lady and recently performed the role of Emile de Becque in South Pacific at the Mac-Haydn Theatre, joins Kimberly Gritman, who has delighted audiences with her lovely vocals in numerous local productions, and pianist Jeff Hunt, for a celebration of song! February’s theme is “Songs of Love” for Valentine’s Day! Tickets are $20 and include a 3-course dinner with a soda or coffee. The menu is a garden salad, choice of cheese tortellini with tomato-basil sauce or pasta with meat sauce, bread, plus a decadent dessert.  Tickets: www.thewhit.org. See you @theWhit!
